Discussing cooperation between the General Union of Charitable Societies and "Ishraqat Amal Omani"

The General Union of Charitable Societies discussed ways to cooperate with the Ishraqat Amal Charitable Association, affiliated with Dar Al Atta'a in the sisterly Sultanate of Oman, to strengthen fraternal relations and exchange expertise in the field of charitable and humanitarian work.

According to a statement issued by the Union on Sunday, the most prominent programs and initiatives implemented by the two parties were reviewed, and future partnership mechanisms were discussed, contributing to expanding the scope of services provided to those in need and enhancing the societal role of volunteer and charitable work at various levels.

The President of the General Union, Amer Al-Khawaldeh, emphasized the importance of coordination and exchange of successful experiences between the Union and charitable societies in Jordan and the Sultanate of Oman, which consolidates the values ​​of cooperation and solidarity and reflects the depth of fraternal relations between the two countries.

He pointed out that the Union focuses on volunteer and humanitarian work, believing in its social responsibility to highlight the efforts of those working in this field and serving the nation. He also highlighted the Union's keenness to strengthen partnerships with various institutions dedicated to achieving the message of goodness, giving, and serving local communities.

The association's president, Mona Al Hamad, noted that the association works to assist vulnerable and needy groups by providing the necessary support and essential services, making a positive impact on the lives of individuals and families in need.

The meeting, which was attended by the Federation's Vice President, Dr. Barakat Barakat, the Federation's Director General, Khalil Al Qubaisi, and the Director of the Lottery Follow-up Unit, Shatha Qteishat, concluded with a screening of an introductory film about the Federation, its achievements, mission, and goals. An honorary shield was presented to the association's president, Mona Al Hamad, in appreciation of her efforts in supporting charitable and humanitarian work.
