Union of Charitable Societies: The Jordanian flag is a firmly established national identity.

 

In an effort to promote national values ​​and instill a sense of belonging, the General Union of Charitable Societies celebrated Jordanian Flag Day by organizing a special national event that reflected pride in the Jordanian flag and loyalty to the nation and its leadership.

As part of its community engagement, the event included the distribution of Jordanian flags to students of Dirar Bin Al-Azwar Secondary School for Boys and the Friends of Jerusalem Charitable Society, as well as to employees of the General Union. The event was attended by the Vice President of the General Union and Head of the Amman Union, Attorney Dr. Barakat Barakat, and the Union's Director, Khalil Al-Qubaisi, in a patriotic atmosphere expressing pride and honor on this occasion.

The President of the General Union of Charitable Societies, Amer Al-Khawaldeh, emphasized that Jordanian Flag Day is a significant national milestone for strengthening the values ​​of loyalty and belonging, and for renewing the pledge of allegiance to the Hashemite leadership. He noted that the Jordanian flag represents a symbol of sovereignty and national unity, and embodies a history of sacrifices and achievements made by Jordanians.

He explained that the role of charitable organizations is not limited to humanitarian and social work, but extends to promoting national values ​​and strengthening Jordanian identity through organizing events and initiatives that foster a sense of belonging among all segments of society.

The events included diverse national activities by students, featuring awareness speeches about the symbolism of the Jordanian flag, the singing of national anthems, and the participation of students and attendees in raising the flag in a scene reflecting national unity and cohesion.

This celebration underscores the role of civil society organizations in supporting national occasions and contributing to the consolidation of values ​​that strengthen the cohesion of Jordanian society and renew pride in its flag, which will forever fly high in the nation's skies.
