The Embassy of the United Arab Emirates implemented the sacrificial animal distribution project for the year (1443 AH) presented by the Emirates Red Crescent Authority in Jordan, during the days of Eid Al-Adha.
Mr. Fahd Munir Al-Otaibi, a member of the diplomatic mission of the UAE, supervised the implementation of the project in cooperation with the General Union of Charitable Societies and the relevant centers in Jordan, by offering sacrifices to thousands of needy families in many regions and governorates of the Kingdom.
In a speech by Mr. Fahd Al-Otaibi, during one of the distribution operations in the capital, Amman, he stressed that the sacrifice project, which is presented annually by the Emirates Red Crescent Authority and supervised by the embassy in Amman, comes within the framework of the good endeavors pursued by the UAE in adopting and sponsoring charitable and cooperative initiatives and projects that reflect the humanitarian message. To achieve solidarity and prosperity for our brothers and humanity as a whole, in a manner consistent with tolerant Islamic teachings.
He added that the UAE Embassy was keen to implement the sacrificial animal project in many deserving areas, according to the best standards and levels, and with a clear organization that achieves the desired benefit, justice and respect for the beneficiaries.
The deserving families expressed their deep appreciation and pride for the charitable and humanitarian institutions affiliated with the UAE, for the ongoing charitable initiatives and projects they provide in Jordan, which reflects the depth and distinction of the relationship between the two brotherly countries.
