Union of Charitable Societies: The Throne Speech is a roadmap for the reform and development process.

The General Union of Charitable Societies expressed its pride and appreciation for the Speech from the Throne delivered by His Majesty King Abdullah II bin Al-Hussein at the opening of the second ordinary session of the 20th Parliament. The speech outlined a clear roadmap for comprehensive reform, strengthening the rule of law and institutions, and consolidating the values ​​of justice, transparency, and accountability.

The Union's President, Amer Al-Khawaldeh, affirmed that the visions and directives contained in His Majesty's speech reflect his unwavering commitment to enhancing public participation in decision-making and empowering civil society organizations, particularly charitable societies, to fulfill their national and humanitarian role in serving citizens and promoting social solidarity.

He commended His Majesty's praise for the role played by state institutions and all national stakeholders in supporting the economic, political, and administrative modernization process. He noted that charitable societies will be active partners in implementing His Majesty's visionary directives by expanding the scope of social and developmental work and intensifying efforts to serve the most vulnerable groups across the Kingdom's governorates.
