A delegation from the General Union of Charitable Societies, headed by Mr. Amer Al-Khawaldeh, and including members of the General Union's Administrative Board: Amin Asr, President of the Karak Union, Maan Al-Shamaileh, President of the Jerash Union, Zaid Zayoun, and the General Union's Director General, Khalil Al-Qubaisi, visited the President of the Mafraq Union, Farea Al-Masaeed, as part of efforts to enhance cooperation and exchange expertise.
During the visit, several topics related to developing charitable and volunteer work and strengthening the role of associations in serving local communities were discussed. During the meeting, Al-Khawaldeh emphasized the importance of coordination between associations for the benefit of social work, noting that the General Union seeks to provide support to all associations across the Kingdom to fulfill their mission of serving local communities and target groups.
For his part, the President of the Mafraq Union, Al-Masaeed, welcomed the visit and the health check-up, appreciating the General Union's efforts in following up on field issues and its role in empowering associations and promoting sustainable development through national initiatives that benefit citizens.
On the sidelines of the visit, the President of the General Union honored Al-Masaeed with the Union’s shield in appreciation of his efforts in promoting voluntary and social work.
