A meeting discusses strengthening cooperation between the Union of Charitable Societies and the Nashami Forum for the Jordanian community

A meeting held today in the meeting room of the General Union of Charitable Societies building discussed strengthening the mechanisms of joint cooperation between the Union and the Nashama Forum for the Jordanian community around the world.
The President of the General Union, Dr. Atef Odaibat, said that the Union’s doors are open to everyone to enhance its message and goals through the projects it implements and aim to enhance capabilities and support unions, associations and forums in serving local communities.
Dr. Adibat pointed out that the Union provides clear services in the field of developing volunteer and social work and supporting charitable societies, forums, and civil society to raise the level of these works in a way that serves local communities, appreciating the efforts made by the Forum and its endeavor to achieve sustainable development and employ its programs and goals aimed at achieving the general interest of the Jordanian community.
The Chairman of the Forum, Engineer Dr. Muhammad Al-Rifai, said that the Forum, since its establishment in 2009, seeks, through its vision, to build a fabric of social relations between members of the Jordanian community around the world to strengthen their connection to the homeland to achieve the public interest of members of the Jordanian community, indicating that the message of the Forum aims to bring together the sons and daughters of the Jordanian community in their places of residence. And hold periodic social exchange activities among them and employ available technologies in this regard.
He stressed that the foundations upon which the forum is based are to bring together sons and daughters of the country from various origins and origins, with the aim of getting to know and communicate among members of the Jordanian community around the world, helping each other as much as possible, and connecting them to their motherland by encouraging tourism, investment, employment, and providing services in general.
Al-Rifai added that conferences were held, including the first Arab Leadership and Creativity Conference, the first conference for Jordanian expatriate youth around the world, the first conference for expatriate Jordanian women, and the first conference for the Forum of European Entrepreneurs.
At the end of the meeting, Al-Rifai honored Dr. Udaybat and the Vice President of the Union, Ayyash Krishan, with two shields of appreciation in the name of the Nashama Forum.
