At the invitation of the Knight of the Desert, Sheikha Munifa Haroun Al-Jazi, President of the Jordanian Women’s Charitable Training and Qualification Association, we headed towards Adharh, where the Princess Haya bint Al-Hussein Development Center is located.

The female graduates gathered around the Sheikha, asking her when the sponsor of the celebration would come for our graduation. They are eager to see the minister, the moment they receive their graduation certificates, and then they begin working in the profession, armed with the knowledge they have received.

The lucky sisters of men in Idhrah B, Sheikha Munifa, who continues day and night in order to bring happiness into every home and heart of the residents of Idhrah.

You see the female graduates working with their eyes watching the future. Each of them is waiting for this day and says: Congratulations. Now I have become a person, armed with a productive profession, making my mark on the path to my future, to overcome poverty and its tragedies.

On this day, the graduate writes the letters of her future as she heads, with all love, to the labor market and production. The woman who has reached her age, Atiya, was present. She is proud that she was the one who created these women, even though she did not go to school, but she learned from grandmothers, mothers, aunts, and aunts.

Today she is teaching her daughters. She presents this wonderful model, with all the spontaneity and willingness that was not taught in schools, and I say: They are artists in their work and fighters.

He also expressed his feeling of pride and pride in Maan Al-Abiyah, which had a special impact on the establishment of the Jordanian state, and the laying of its first building block.

Odaibat added: Since I was assigned to head the work of the Union, along with a group of my honorable colleagues, we have worked to institutionalize the Union, so that we have relied on supporting projects that generate job opportunities. We hope to provide them with funds that will enable them to create more job opportunities and be more productive.

The smell of Shatha emanates from her work through the economic and social empowerment project funded by the General Union of Charitable Societies, which aims to create job opportunities for less fortunate women in the Adharh region in Ma’an. This project was able to train and qualify (40) Nashmiyyat of Adharh, to Producing traditional handicrafts, including rug weaving, the art of sewing and detailing, ceramics and recycling.

Among them was a young woman named Miss Shatha, who was a bundle of vitality and activity. She asked the graduates how satisfied they were with what was presented to them during the course, and what was required after graduation.
